The RSM information system was created and developed by the RIG SERVICE IT team. The concept and implementation of the system was carried out in close connection with the technical departments and of course with the management, following the management and development plan of the company.
The adoption of the RSM system as the main tool in the integrated system was carried out in 2005. The implementation of the system was carried out in stages, the improvement of the monitoring of the works and the allocation of personnel resources being carried out from the very beginning.
The main purpose of implementing and using the system is the centralization/concentration and monitoring of data and information coming from:
– Services and work orders requested by Beneficiaries;
– Planificarea, evolutia si finalizarea lucrarilor de mentenanta;
- Tracking orders for materials and services, as well as evaluating suppliers;
– Activities and services developed within the company;
– The process of training and authorization of employees;
- Certification of the company and the work points, as well as their monitoring.
