Green House
Eligibilitate
To be eligible for GREEN HOUSE (CASA VERDE) funding, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be a natural person, domiciled in Romania;
- Be the owner or co-owner of the building where the project will be implemented;
- Be domiciled at the installation address;
- That there are no liens or claims on the property in question;
- Have no debts to the state budget or local budgets, according to the Legislation in force.

Documentation
Documents required for enrollment in the program:
- The identity document of the applicant;
- Extract from the land register showing ownership of the building-construction on which the project will be implemented, no older than 30 days;
- The fiscal attestation certificate regarding payment obligations to the state budget, issued in the name of the applicant, by the specialized territorial body of the Ministry of Public Finance;
- Fiscal attestation certificate regarding local taxes and fees and other revenues of the local budget, issued in the name of the applicant, by the local public authority in whose territorial area he is domiciled.
