In the EPCC model, the contractor or engineering firm typically takes responsibility for managing the project and ensuring that it is completed on budget, on time, and to the required quality standards. This includes designing the project, purchasing the necessary materials and equipment, and managing the construction and installation process.<\/p>\n

Engineering – <\/strong>based on technical knowledge and practical skills to solve complex problems and create innovative solutions in a variety of fields.<\/p>\n

Procurement<\/strong> \u2013 the process involving identifying needs, selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, making purchases and managing supplier relationships.<\/p>\n

Construction<\/strong> \u2013 the process involving planning, design, financing, procurement of materials and resources, actual construction, and management of works to complete a project in accordance with established specifications and requirements.<\/p>\n

Commissioning<\/strong> \u2013 the construction process that refers to the activities and procedures performed to verify and confirm that a newly constructed, expanded, or renovated system, building, or facility is operating in accordance with established specifications and requirements.<\/p>\n

The EPCC model is often used for large and complex projects in industries such as oil and gas, power generation and infrastructure. Using a single entity for the entire project can help ensure clear accountability and efficient and effective project delivery.<\/p>\n<\/div>
